Developed in the 1950s as a to-the-trade-only collection of showrooms and warehouses, the Dallas Design District has been fully redeveloped. The area just south of Stemmons Freeway now sports luxury apartments, restaurants, and an artsy neighborhood feel. Here social media maven Kendall Shiffler talks about the area's renaissance.
