On a balmy June night, hundreds of Oak Cliff music lovers brought blankets and lawn chairs to Kidd Springs for a superb free concert from the talented musicians of the DSO. Conductor Rei Hotoda kept the pace light and quick for the crowd, which was mostly families. Videographer Chris Wiegand, an Oak Cliff native, captured the playful mood in this video.
