Ross Vick is a 7th generation Texas native, with ancestral roots woven in to the very fiber of the Texas Declaration of Independence and the Fredonian Rebellion a decade before. Having lived in Dallas for most of 30 years with stops in Austin, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and Olathe, Kansas along the way Ross is proud to call Dallas home. After a 23 year stint in the toy industry, Ross was nudged into the music business through a series of coincidences that led eventually to earning a place on the Billboard Adult Contemporary chart with his first single: "The Road." Currently writing songs for a musical to be performed this year in Fort Worth and building his music library for TV, video and film Ross also keeps busy by serving on the Board of Directors at Big Thought, The Vick Family Foundation and on the committee for the Highland Park Literary Festival. Married to his childhood sweetheart, Julie, together they have four children: Taylor, Ross, Brannen and Ginna. For fun they enjoy travel, the theater and exploring the vineyards and restaurants of the world.
