Blockbuster stores across the country will give fans a chance to celebrate the release of the wildly popular film, The Hunger Games, with local festivities.
On Friday, August 17th 2012, Blockbuster will give fans that pre-order The Hunger Games DVD at their local Blockbuster store before August 15th a free exclusive Hunger Games poster and invitation to a special release party at their local Blockbuster.
Attendees at the Frankford Road Blockbuster location in Dallas, TX will offer special appearances by KISS-FM on-air talents, Hunger Games survival food, a screening of the movie in store, trivia contests for prizes, a special tribute mini-makeover and lessons on self-defense techniques for the arena.
