TCU vs SMU Highlights The Battle for the Iron Skillet.

The DFW Duel for the Iron Skillet brought a record crowd of 35,481 to Ford Stadium for this once-storied college football rivalry. The game was close into the fourth quarter when TCU pulled away for a 41-24 victory. Levi Smith's track "Redemption" provides the soundtrack for these amazing game highlights.

ESPN broadcast this nationally televised college football game, and a team of videographers were on the football field, in the locker room and at the tailgate "On the Boulevard".

Dean of admission moves on from university

Ray Brown, TCU’s dean of admission, has “moved on from the university,” a university official said.

The university has appointed Heath Einstein, who joined the admission office in 2012, as interim dean, said Holly Ellman, an associate director of strategic communications management.

Brown started at TCU in 2000.

Volleyball opens up Big 12 play with victory over Texas Tech

TCU women’s volleyball opened up Big 12 Conference play Wednesday night against the Texas Tech Red Raiders.

The Horned Frogs defeated Tech 3-0.

This victory moves TCU 8-1 overall on the season and 1-0 in conference play.

Up next the Frogs travel to Ames, Iowa to take on the Iowa State Cyclones on Sunday. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.

TCU parking: No room on the asphalt

There are some common emotions TCU students might experience while on the quest for an on-campus parking spot. These feelings can easily be categorized into stages, somewhat similar to the stages of grief.

This process begins as you drive into the lot looking for a space, because surely, there has to at least be ONE spot you can park in.



Then the denial hits.

There is no way that student was forced to park illegally… right? They probably just wanted to.
