Ryan LLC, a global tax firm based in Dallas, teamed up with Habitat for Humanity, UNT Dallas, and Dream Dallas to build a unique community center and home for a local resident. The C.E.E.P. House, or the Community Engagement and Education Program (pronounced “KEEP”), will be run by UNT Dallas students. The students will actually live in this unique community center and provide after-school education for neighborhood children and residents, while gaining real-world experience.

Volunteers from Ryan came out in the blistering summer heat every Saturday for two months to help build the center and a home for a local resident and help shore up the gap between North and South Dallas. These initiatives were made possible by CEO Brint Ryan’s personal contribution of a million dollars to the Dream Dallas project.

This project is just a start. Dream Dallas needs others like Brint Ryan and his team to help sustain the center. Change happens from individuals and organizations that want to help our city grow and help Dallas’ children prosper. Help Ryan and Dream Dallas revitalize South Dallas by passing this video along or by making a contribution to Dream Dallas.
