Cristiana Ginatta, owner of Paciugo Master Gelataio, cofounded the company with her husband and son when they moved stateside from Italy 10 years ago. Gelato is the Italian version of ice cream, and the smooth, creamy texture of flavors like Strawberry Lychee, Peppermint, Pistacchio, and Turtle Cheesecake are made by hand.
