This year, the Dallas International Film Festival will bring the glitz and glam to Dallas April 12-22, 2012. In this video, join Hilary Kennedy as she walks the red carpet on opening Night of the 2011 Dallas International Film Festival! The sights, the lights and the excitement are palpable as the Dallas Film community comes together with the likes of Academy Award nominee and Hollywood legend Ann-Margret rubbing shoulders with the up and coming greats. Bryan Massey, staring in two films being screened at DIFF (Wuss and Traveling) puts it best. "There is a potpourri of talent in this town...this [festival] gives them a chance to shine."

Hilary also had a moment to talk to one of our favorites, Drew Waters (Friday Night Lights) about The Legend of Hell's Gate: An American Conspiracy, and his excitement to be playing a role in a Western. He spreads his arms wide and says, "It's every kid's dream to play a Western!" We always love Drew's enthusiasm for this industry.

So join us, as we experience the enthusiasm and excitement of film as presented by the Dallas International Film Festival. Although younger than most film festivals, the DIFF is quickly gaining stature and prestige in the industry simply for it's sheer passion and attention to the magic of film.
