Off the Bone prides themselves on serving gourmet barbeque (two words not normally paired together). But with such careful preparation and selection of meats and ingredients, customers truly do receive a gourmet experience. Harvey treats every meal like it's Sunday dinner.

With clubs like Paladium Ballroom and Brooklyn right around the corner, Off the Bone keeps its doors open Friday and Saturday until about 2:30 a.m. It's a fight to get everyone out the door, but Harvey isn't complaining.
