Chocoholics everywhere meet your new best friend, chocolatier Stephen Smith. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and working as a pastry chef in restaurants in France and Spain, Stephen came back to Dallas and opened Nib Chocolates. He is one of the many pastry chefs that are leaving pastries behind and making delectable chocolates instead.
