Lawler Park and Richwoods in Frisco are definately going to happen.
In just over 2 weeks they have already carved out a couple road ways and buried utilities. It's amazing to see how quick they can get things going.
Lawler Park and Richwoods are the two latest communities to be announced in Frisco. The tract of land was owned by Roger Lawler and has been tied up in litigations for around 10 years. It was just recently that John Landon with Landon Development acquired the property from Mr. Lawler in a recent transaction. Price unknown.
The new home builders that will be building dream homes in Lawler Park are Darling Homes and Highland Homes. There will be two sections, The Arbors of Lawler Park and The Crossing of Lawler Park.
Lawler Park is over 143 acres and at build-out should have 300 homes. Lots start at 64 feet up to 94 feet wide. Priced from the $400's up to the $900's.
The new home builders that will be building dream homes in Richwoods are Landon Homes, Toll Brothers Homes, K Hovnanian Homes and recently announced Newcastle Homes.
Richwoods is over 500 acres and at build-out should have 1,600 homes. Lots start at 64 feet up to 94 feet wide. Priced from the $300's up to the $750's.
