Dallas is the 4th largest metropolitan area in the Unites States behind New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago, and is home to more than 6 million people. It is economically, recreationally, and culturally the epicenter of Texas.

Due to Dallas’ central location, every major North American market can be reached in 4 hours or less by air. Dallas offers luxurious hotels, incredible dining, and lively entertainment.

Dallas’ commitment to education is evident in the 25 universities, both public and private, and over 125 exemplary or recognized schools that continually produce leaders in the community and global economy.

Dallas is home to some of America’s popular professional sports teams including the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, as well as the World Champion Dallas Mavericks. Dallas’ world-class Arts District is host to The Winspear Opera HouseDallas Museum of Art, and The Crow Collection of Asian Art.

If the outdoors are calling your name, Dallas has nearly 100 mils of trails, 29,000 park acres, and over 200 golf courses to provide plenty of wide, open spaces and views of the expansive blue sky.

It’s no wonder Dallas is consistently ranked as one of the best cities to relocate to, but what makes it a great place to invest? The answer is simple. Dallas is dynamic in good times and stable in bad. It’s population continues to grow as people flock to the city that is creating jobs and where residents can enjoy no state income tax and a low cost of living. With that in mind, it’s easy to see why Dallas is an ideal city to both live in and invest.
