Café Momentum is a Dallas-based restaurant and culinary training facility developed by Chad Houser and Janice Provost of Parigi. It acts as a mentor program and learning kitchen that equips Dallas's most at-risk youth with life skills, education and employment opportunities to help them follow their dreams of learning about the culinary industry.

Café Momentum is a complement to the programs of the Youth Village Resources of Dallas. Jerry Silhan, executive director of Youth Village, is turning a negative experience into a positive one, with programs that provide life-changing experiences and give direction to the lives of Dallas's troubled youth. The young men of Youth Village are given opportunities and allowed experiences they would never have had otherwise.

Houser and Provost say that the experience has been incredibly fulfilling. Being a part of something that gives hope to many makes each workday a rewarding experience.
