Nancy Keene is founder of The Perfect Fit, a blog and high-impact consultancy delivering a broad range of marketing, management and talent-related offerings.
Traditional retained executive search services are provided through the top-ranked global firm of Stanton Chase International, where she also serves as a Director – handling search assignments in the energy, manufacturing and technology sectors, as well as finance and corporate development searches across all industries.
For more than 25 years, she has provided business advisory services to a blue-chip roster of clients ranging from venture capital-backed start-ups and private equity roll-ups to professional service firms and global, Fortune 500 companies.
Before entering executive search, Nancy was a regional director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing business development and field operations in the Midwest and Southwest.
For 13 years, she ran her own marketing consulting firm - leading initiatives for new companies, products and services. Previously, she was vice president of Keller-Crescent Co., an operating unit of American Standard, where she built one of the first technology marketing resources in the Southwest.
During her career, Nancy has been involved in the launching of emerging technologies and distribution channels, including voice mail, personal computers, software and retail superstore chains. She has had numerous clients complete successful IPOs. She is an effective trendspotter and brings to clients a forward-looking vision -- drawing on cross-industry experience.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in English Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

She serves on the Board of Advisors for Texas Women Ventures Fund and participates in business forums that include: SMU Human Resources Roundtable, Dallas COO Forum and KPMG Audit Committee Institute. She is co-founder of The MBA Edge career launch program at TCU’s Neeley School of Business.
