In the Cedars the catchy-named little nook, Off the Bone, provides customers with some authentic finger lickin’ good barbeque. Despite its deliciousness – there’s not a ton of variety, just your standard pork ribs, beef brisket, sausage and smoked chicken – all which can be converted into a messy, yet scrumptious, sandwich. The menu also provides several hearty sides including baked beans, cole slaw and potato salad.
