Create a sense of place at some of these stations. It wouldn’t move the ridership needle everywhere, and DART could expect ambiguous results. But hell’s bells, people, the agency has to be prouder of its product and sell it a lot harder than it does today. The agency should rope together merchants and city officials and get itself on people’s radar.
