University of Texas at Dallas is the first and only spot in the Metroplex to have ZipCars

Pay $25/year for a membership, and you’re in.  When you need a ride, make a reservation and the car’s yours – by the hour.

Our cars cost between 7 dollars and 8 dollars an hour, there’s a maximum of 66 dollars a day,” said Thea Junt of The University of Texas at Dallas.

The Zipcars are in prime locations, near resident halls and bus routes.  Plus, you get reserved parking.

You don’t have to be a UT Dallas student to be a Zipster; it’s open to the entire community.  You get 180 miles per reservation, and the best part – gas is included.
