Thanksgiving is this Thursday, and I can guarantee you’re about to be on turkey overload. When Mom has run out of ideas on how to fashion stuffing left-overs, and the idea of cranberry sauce just about makes you nauseous, it’s time to go see a guy who never runs out of ideas. Urban Fabric: The Photographic Art of Justin Terveen is taking place this Friday. And if you have never seen his photographs, get ready to feast your eyeballs on something much tastier than turkey. His work is pure visual stimulation and unmatched creativity: he was named “Best Urban Explorer” in the Dallas Observer’s “Best of Dallas 2010”. So put down the mashed potatoes and go check it out. Really, the potatoes will be there when you get back.
The event will take place this Friday, November 26 from 7pm-11:30pm at the Kessler/X+ Art Gallery 1230 West Davis Street
