Have you ever wondered how a serving size in grams translates to what you actually put on your plate, or why you’re supposed to drink chocolate milk after a workout? Lucky for you, Fusion Fitness is hosting a Nutrition Seminar Aug. 23 at their 1430 Dragon St. studio.
At the seminar, attendees will learn the ins and outs of reading a nutrition label, what to eat pre & post workout, the difference between good and bad carbs and much more. A Q&A sessions with the nutritionist will follow the seminar to ensure that all your questions are answered.
