Front of House Restaurant Manager , Oak

Style: America Contemporary with European Influences

We are looking for a high energy, self motivated FOH Manager that is interested in being a part of an experienced Dallas restaurant team opening an upscale restaurant in a very popular area in Dallas. Salary is competitive and based on Experience

Minimum Experience Needed:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Fine Dining/Upscale Dining Leadership Positions
  • High Volume Experience
  • Staff Hiring and Training
  • Standard Computer & Point of Sales Systems
  • All Applicable TABC, Food Manager’s Certificate and Food Handling Permits
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and have working knowledge of OpenTable and Aloha/Radiant systems.

Some Responsibilities Include:

  1. Maitre d’, Guest Relations, etc.
  2. Hire, Train and Manage Staff
  3. Order, Receive, Inventory, Sourcing Restaurant Supplies
  4. OSHA, Health Department, Code Compliance
  5. Coordinate Special Dinner Events On & Offsite
  6. Community Relations with other Restaurants in Charity and Restaurant Marketing Opportunities
  7. Love to Serve!

Pastry Chef, Oak

Style: America Contemporary with European Influences

We are looking for a high energy, self motivated Pastry Chef that is interested in being a part of an experienced Dallas restaurant team opening an upscale restaurant in a very popular area in Dallas. Compensation will be based on experience.

Minimum Experience Needed:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of Fine Dining/Upscale Dining Pastry Positions
  2. Moderate to High Volume Experience
  3. Fan of “Chopped,” “Top Chef” and “Iron Chef,” etc. Not “Hell’s Kitchen!” ;-)

Some Responsibilities to Include:

  1. Dessert Menu development, Seasonal Menus, etc.
  2. OSHA, Health Department, Code Compliance
  3. Maintaining Cool even in the Heat of the Fire!
