CHOCOLATE. Stephen Smith of the design district’s nib chocolates stopped by the You+Dallas office to bring us a chocolatey surprise. Coco dusted almonds and caramel squares infused with ginger and rosemary – YUM. This Paris-trained chef sure knows his sweets. Stephen himself is such a sweet guy – which makes his chocolate that much more enjoyable.
