See for yourself, Phillips Creek Ranch has started laying concrete.
Roads are being poured off of Stonebrook as the entry into Phillips Creek as well as a connector between Lebannon and Stonebrook. Republic Property Group is right on schedule with the latest announcement of breaking ground late summer.
West Frisco is one of the most progressive and fastest growing cities in the country as of today. The rolling terrain and character of the land at Phillips Creek will lend itself to an upscale community that will include over one hundred acres of open spaces, several lakes, an extensive creek system and spacious parks and trails. The first phase of homes is projected to include 250 homes with a price range of $350,000 to $700,000.
Among the highlights of the development will be twenty–four life size bronze horse statues paying tribute to the internationally famous B.F. Phillips quarter horse ranch that once occupied the land.
Republic has not released the builders publicly but I have a good feeling my list below is pretty close.
- Huntington Homes
- Highland Homes
- Shaddock Homes
- Newcastle Home
- Newport Homebuilders
- Cambridge Homes
- Balmoral Homes
Frisco city planners are calling Phillips Creek Ranch as one of the most significant developments in years. The entire project is expected to take 15 years, depending on market conditions.
