Phillips Creek Ranch in Frisco Texas Update

See for yourself, Phillips Creek Ranch has started laying concrete.

Roads are being poured off of Stonebrook as the entry into Phillips Creek as well as a connector between Lebannon and Stonebrook. Republic Property Group is right on schedule with the latest announcement of breaking ground late summer.

West Frisco is one of the most progressive and fastest growing cities in the country as of today. The rolling terrain and character of the land at Phillips Creek will lend itself to an upscale community that will include over one hundred acres of open spaces, several lakes, an extensive creek system and spacious parks and trails.  The first phase of homes is projected to include 250 homes with a price range of $350,000 to $700,000.  (more…)

Grammy Winner Brad Paisley Comes to Pizza Hut Park

Brad Paisley comes to Texas – oh no, not just Texas – it’s Frisco, Texas. Pizza Hut Park will stage Brad Paisley’s H2O II World Tour. The gates open at 4PM July 30, 2011. CMA Entertainer of the year, Brad Paisley will be promoting his most recent album, This Is Country Music. He is a Grammy winner and nine time Male Vocalist of the year. His only live performance in Texas is right in the heart of Frisco at Pizza Hut Park, home to the Dallas soccer club, FC Dallas.

Seats are going fast but tickets are on sale now. Prices range from $64 to $800.

Jazz in the Square

On Fridays in July, the beautiful sound of Jazz music is coming from Frisco Square. Jazz in the Square is held from 7-8:30OM on Simpson Plaza Lawn. Frisco has an array of artists performing: Cross Bridge, Collin College Jazz, The Rebel Alliance Big Band, Imperial Brass, Hunter Sullivan Big Band and The 18-piece TI Jazz Band. These artists play their renditions of deep historical music.

Jazz in the Square brings families, friends, neighbors and strangers together to enjoy a night of community and festivities. Frisco encourages is citizens to take a chair, make a picnic, grab some friends and head on down to the Square for some great live jazz music.
