Sack lunches filled with Ziploc bags are fine on occasion, but if you work in Downtown you will soon have no excuse to eat that Lean Cuisine in your cubicle. The Deep Ellum Outdoor Market’s partnership with Downtown Dallas Inc. continues with the Pegasus Plaza Market. DEOM will fill the plaza at the corner of Main St. and Akard with live music, food and local vendors.
The market will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m on November 9. Come mingle, eat and shop for vintage and handcrafted goods alongside your friends, neighbors and coworkers. It’s a great chance to get out of the office and enjoy one of the most beautiful urban locations Dallas has to offer.
DEOM also just announced a new partnership with Good Records which produced the Good Local Market. Starting on Saturday October 6, market goers will be able to shop for local goods, enjoy live music indoors (“Live from the Astroturf”) and graze an incredible selection of food trucks at one of the best record stores still left in Dallas. The market will continue to take place on the first Saturday of the month.
