May is on its way, bringing (hopefully) sunny days and warm evenings. In Dallas, Texas, May also means it’s time for the Homegrown Music & Arts Festival! This fine Dallas concert tradition brings together Texas music, art and food trucks to celebrate our great state. This year’s lineup is pretty exciting. We’ve got the Polyphonic Spree, The Burning Hotels, The Divine Fits, A.Dd+, The O’s plus so many more. It’s going to be a really awesome day, a day so awesome that it definitely deserves a launch party.
On Friday, May 10th, Granada is giving Homegrown that well-deserved launch party. Here you can get an early start on your Homegrown Festival excitement with Sons of Fathers, whose music has been described as a “Rip-roaring brand of Texas rock, studded with gospel-influenced harmonies that would make any family proud” along with opening acts Telegraph Canyon and Goodnight Ned . Sounds like a good Texas music warm up so get your tickets on GranadaTheater.com
