FOX Network’s smash television show Glee is notable for putting their spin on anthemic pop-rock songs such as Madonna’s “Papa Don’t Preach,” Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” and virtually every Britney Spears and Michael Jackson song ever recorded.

Tomorrow night, Tuesday February 21, break-out act Young the Giant will join these ranks when Glee turns their alt-radio hit “Cough Syrup” into a high school chorale event as the New Directions compete with the Dalton Academy Warblers at Regionals. Check out the above video for YTG’s “Cough Syrup” In the Open session.

Young the Giant is headlining a sold-out show with opening act Grouplove at the Prophet Bar on Friday, March 23.
